  Wasn't quite ready to make a final decision on a new car yet, but had lots of questions. Cameron P. Was an amazing help. He listened to my questions and concerns and answered them clearly and honestly. Great experience and will certainly be buying from Quality Toyota and Cameron when I'm ready!

  Had my oil change and tires rotated. On my way home to Wahpeton my tires began to shake. I was sure it was out of balance. They sent a tech over from Fergus to look at the tires first thing Monday morning, determined it was just the dirt in the tires. Not many car dealerships will come over on their dollar to make sure the problem was resolved. Very impressed with their service and will continue to do business there!

  We were on vacation from Illinois, and were having some car trouble. We first had the car repaired in a town near Fergus Falls, but as soon as we got on the road to go home, the same problems re-appeared. We then went to Quality Toyota, and they diagnosed the problem correctly, put a rush order on the needed part, and got us on the road the next day. Very thorough and very friendly. And great chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room!

  I can honestly say that our experience at quality toyota was the absolute best I have had in the usually dreadful task of car shopping. Steve and Iza are two of the best sales people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, my wife and I are extremely happy with all of there help in finding the right vehicle for us and as long as they are there we will come back every time we need a upgrade

  I trust the care of my Camry to the folks at Quality Toyota. They provide great service and information about the condition of my car. I typically go to Quality Toyota for my regular oil changes and tire rotations. At first it seemed like it took "forever" to just change my oil, but when I realized the value I was getting out of my visit I decided that the hour wait was worth it. Not only was a getting my oil changed and a free tire rotation (purchased my tires through Quality), but I was also getting a free car wash, fluids topped off, and the best part - a full inspection of my car (tires, brakes, transmission, suspension, etc.). I would say the inspection is the most valuable part of going to Quality. Anyone can change oil, but I appreciate the free advise on the condition of my car in places that I don't always have time in my busy schedule to look. I typically choose to make the simple repairs on my own and let Quality take care of the rest. I think it's a win-win in the end. I love the lobby as well (free snacks, comfortable chairs, TV, and WI-FI internet).

  Our experience at Quality Toyota has been excellent. Everyone is very helpful, the service staff has been excellent and the accommodations for customers are fantastic. Most importantly we are continue impressed with Toyota vehicles and do not see ourselves driving anything else.

  All of the people we had dealings with at your shop were extremely helpful and polite and courteous. They were ALL great at answering all of our questions. Those we met or worked with were: Pete Thom, Erick Swanson, Steve Webber, Grant Nygaard. We also were helped by a Receptionist but I do not recall her name. We are extremely happy with the new RAV4 we purchased! We will be return customers. We will also be referring our friends and acquaintances to your dealership!

  Quality Toyota gave me quick and efficient service on my RAV4. I had to have a quick service earlier this year and I was in and out in a matter of an hour. It was a body shop repair of loose trim. They are always ready to follow-up on their service. Thanks
