      Bad experience.😡 My husband had over 300 in change and only got around 280 in cash. I thought my husband was crazy for saying they shorted us. They do charge 8% for cashing change if you don't have an account with them, which was not posted anywhere. I have an account there and they did not ask. I mentioned depositing some to my husband, but I guess the teller didn't hear me. They sure did short us and I only found out about the charge because I went to the Alexandria Wells where it is clearly posted.

      The ATM isn't the easiest to access from a vehicle. The staff is always asking if you wanna open a new account, or open a new credit card. Very lacking in trust!
