  Overall a pleasant experience! I've stayed at Quality Inns before at New York and other cities, and there is consistency throughout. All nice places to stay, which is why I come back. Having a place to go and be somewhat entertained is a plus. A side note, one of the staff at the desk was especially helpful and understanding. So much so that it made up for them not waking me up on the wake up call I left. I know this because I woke up an hour early, and no call or knock on at door.

  This hotel is does not deserve a good review. I stay in hundreds of hotels a year, traveling for my job. Worst quality inn I have stayed in, to my memory. I was scheduled for 8 nights but checked out early to stay in a better facility. Tub did not drain, wireless internet never worked, bed was horrible, staff was poorly trained and very unhelpful, bathrooms were poorly cleaned. Toilet had urine still dripping down through the weeks of dust. I don't do reviews very often, unless it is exceptional or absolutely horrible. Should be called low quality inn.

  I had asked for a quiet room and was placed next to a door that banged very loudly when closing. We were also placed right in front of an ice machine. We ate at the restaurant (which was very good), and got to our room late so we didn’t request another room. Next time I will complain. The shuttle drivers were great. And as I said the Italian restaurant was very good.

  I have stayed at this hotel 3 out of 4 times I have flown from O'Hare Airport. The staff is professional and courteous. The continental breakfast included with the room stay was very good and had enough choices to please everyone! The free shuttle to the airport is very convenient and is one of the reasons why I like to stay at this hotel.

  while the staff was pleasant the hotel itself was a disappointment. when speaking to friends that had stayed at this hotel before we discovered that the sewer gas odor was there for them as well. this seems to be something that should have been taken care of a long time ago. also, when a hotel has multiple floors and no elevator, i feel this should be up front and in bold when someone is reserving a room.

  Excellent place to stay. Bar and restaurant have a wonderful menu and great staff. Rooms are clean and neat.

  Room is like most Quality hotel rooms except there was no refrigerator or microwave. I don't care about the microwave, but we travel with a small cooler for fruit, cheese, carrots and other snacks and usually put it in refrigerator over night and re-freeze our icepaks for the next day. Beds were fine and sink area was nice and roomy. I did find it hard to use the iron which was attached to the ironing board to prevent theft I guess. It could be attached in a more convenient way.

  Had a good stay prior to flight out. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff professional. However this property sits next to the freeway and the Windows must be thin as the noise was extremely loud. If you are tired ask for a room away from the freeway or look elsewhere.

  Very friendly staff...nice restaurant/bar and 24hr airport shuttle...although at times the shuttle wait can be up towards 1hr...hotel needs more drivers

  Dissapointing stay. I am a daimond member with Choice Hotels. We had problems from first arrival. The parking was confusing because there was an event going on in the only available parking was blocked off by cones which someone ended up having to move to let us go through to find a parking place. My son has arthritis in his neck and wanted to take a hot bath but there was no plug for the tub. They use these flat rubber discs as plugs and the desk did not have any to give him so we had to wait till the next day when housekeeping came in. At one point during this day some random man walked into our room, I believe he was a hotel employee. At that time I was by myself, the man left as soon as he saw the room was occupied. The walls are thin we could hear people talking in the next room and on Saturday night it got pretty loud until after 11. The breakfast was very mediocre , it was described as hot, the only thing hot was waffles and toast. No eggs, sausage etc. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very small. There was no elevator so if you couldn't do stairs and the first floor was filled you were out of luck. I'm 68 with gray hair they didn't ask me if I could do stairs they just gave me a room on the second floor. After I checked in I found out there were is no elevator. Definitely will not stay at this Quality Inn again.
