michael white1The ATMs at this branch are absolute garbage. The drive up one is almost always broken and the one in the lobby ate my card for reason once. Other then that you have to hit the screen 100 times to make a selection. I really liked when this bank was Charter One, but then you guys bought them out and ran the branches you acquired into the ground. It might be time to go elsewhere.

Karen Mesch5I have never had a bank branch that was terrific! I opened 3 accounts with veronica and it was quickly done. My son has 3 accounts that they opened for him as well. This branch was so convenient for me and I now have to travel to northlake. I was able to go during my lunch to this bank. If any bank should have closed the Madison branch instead. I have never had a bad experience with this bank. Sorry they are closed.

Brianne Williams1They sent me to collections over a negative $14 account. Now it’s over $130 with a collections agency. I tried to call the branch they said they would not handle this. I called their 800 number recovery department and closed accounts department they first said I had to talk to the local branch. I told the 800 number I already talked to the branch and they told me to take a flying leap. So she said there’s nothing she can do go talk to the collections agency. I said I can’t pay 135 dollars since when can the original creditor not discuss an original balance or settle a payment? She basically said oh well talk to the collector about it. So basically they don’t want their original $14. And think someone with no money is going to pay $135 to a collections agency. Bad customer service at local branch and on the 800 number and they deserve these bad reviews. Wish I never walked in there! All over my ex boss giving me bad checks and I paid all the fees for it. Now I’m getting screwed on both ends and the bank thinks I’m going to pay $135 over a $14 negative balance. Banks are the WORST institutions in this country. Bank online with free apps and let these old greedy dinosaurs die which is what they deserve. Crooks!

Michelle Suarez1Let me start off by saying I worked for this bank 3 years ago. At my particular branch we accommodated the customer with quarters. This bank will not make it easy to send quarters through the tube, they made me drive around when I was already at the tube and wait 20 more minutes to get my quarters through the drawer (lanes were jam packed). Another time the drawer lane is marked as closed so I went to the tube and they still made me drive around. Recently, I understand there is a shortage of money but when I asked for quarters she told me she couldn'tthen asked if I was a biz customer. I told her I was depositing in my personal but I am a biz customer and she said no I couldn't. I didnt even argue because I'm tired of their mess.

yolanda villa1Please be careful. First time visiting drive up teller window at this branch. Biggest mistake giving the teller my money in a envelope. She turned her back to Count the money in the machine. Teller stated I was $100 short of what I mentioned how much I giving her. Spoke with a different employee about my incident and Asked to speak with a manager instead argued with me about the incident.

Gloria Witsman1As a small business owner, I am very disappointed at their service, it's up to the teller as to how many days they'll hold your deposit hostage. One of my recent deposits was held for 10 days, while the last one was put through the next day. Would not recommend this bank for a business owner.
