  My sister told me about this Urgent Care facility, and although I was hesitant in driving to the other side of the beltway, it was worth the trip! I got my results within a few hours of testing. The actual process didn’t take long at all. I am always surprised by the services in other areas and not the area you live in🙄 The staff was awesome!!!

  Went here for a Rapid Covid test. Although the line of cars seemed massive Quality First did a great job testing and sending us on our way. Great customer services, fast and friendly too.

  They did not take my temperature when I arrived, that was first warning sign. Three of their staff failed to take blood sample for testing before I left. They could learn a lot from subways sandwich shops about cleanliness and courtesy, I wouldn't let them make me a sandwich.

  I sprained my ankle and my doctor couldn't see me for a few days, so I came in. I called ahead to make sure I could get x-rays and I could so I was thrilled! Went in and was seen very quickly, got my x-rays, got my boot, and went on my way! All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helped reduce my stress by being so friendly and informative.

  I had to be treated for a stiff neck. I didn't have to wait long as I was the only one there for treatment. Brittany handled my intake well and my provider was thorough and prescribed what was needed. I am feeling a lot better today. Thank you.

  The young man assisting us did a great service. This was the fifth day that I reluctantly stopped for the covid-19 test. My first test in August left me very uncomfortable and the next day I did a blood test. I said "I would never let anyone stick a squab up my nose again". Thanks to the young man that made it happen.

  I took a drive through COVID test at the Savage Fire Department and they charged my insurance for an "'in person visit" and my insurance is billing me for the copay when there should not be any charge for a test. I called the billing department and they said "well that's just how we bill it." Not a helpful solution.. So I'm basically fighting with Quality First billing and my insurance or stuck paying the copay.

  The staff was very friendly. They explained the process and how to fill out the forms. You don’t need an appointment or can make one on line. The line was about 6 cars deep and I was in and out in about 15 mins. Really impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff and process.
