  When calling State Farm, the directory put me in touch with Deysi. Who is very professional and pleasant. She promptly addressed my concern. And when calling her back, she remembered who I am and we were able to pick right up where we left off. And when she was away from her desk, she left notes for that person. So even then, when I called she was able to pick up where Deysi and I left off. That's what I call being efficient. I truly appreciated the services of your staff.
