      PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS & I mean DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS TAKE YOUR MONEY. I never wrote a review before but this company is definitely worth it. Dealing with these inhumane individuals has been a complete NIGHTMARE. Their supervisor CAROLINA NOLES is only looking to defraud individuals by providing deceptive and misleading information with intent to cause a financial bind. Trust me, look at a million of financing options before choosing quality acceptance. Mark my words this bank will soon get shut down.

      Don’t. Walk away to another dealership - you may need a car but the headache from these people are not worth it. They made me take off the warranty from my finance application to “fit the loan amount” less than 3,000 miles driven the engine is blown and they won’t come pick up the car. 🙃😂🤣 jokes on them when they have to find the car somewhere in impound.

      I have been a customer of this company for a couple years now. Had one car paid off with them and I now have a new car loan with them. Word of advice if Quality Acceptance is your only finance option go else where. The customer service I received today was horrible. I called needing some humane assistance and received trash was told the fact that I paid off a vehicle with them did not matter. I needed help today as I’m sure plenty others need in this PANDEMIC and I am horrified I received anything other then that. Will be paying of this loan and washing my hands with this company all together!!!

      I along with others have the same opinion about Quality Acceptance. They offer no options what so ever. All I was offer was late payments rolled over to my next month they do not offer to help waive a late payment fee's seeing that the whole country is in a pandemic and we are all struggling. My husband was laid off and even after knowing this they still had no options. I have other places I do business with that offered help and options and when I mentioned this to their representative he basically said that I was approved with this company because I didn't have good credit and not to expect this company to help. How rude is that. Right now it's not about credit right now it's about showing sympathy and understanding and giving us options we are all struggling. And they're going to come on here and reply with give us a call we have options I have called and I have been giving no real helpful options. *update* Carolina reached out to me a couple of days ago regarding my issue. Although I had this issue about 5 months she was able to provide me with help. She was very kind and understanding and did provide me with options should I need them. I do appreciate her taking the time to reach out to me regarding my issue.

      Even though millions of people are out of a job, this company refuses to work with you. They couldn't find my last payment I made, they repossessed my vehicle after only missing a month payment, and now the company that towed the car wont pick up the phone so I can find out where my stuff is. My infants stuff is in the car and they could care less. Quality acceptance won't even help me contact the tow company they claim they just talked to. I'm at a loss, if I could rate this company lower than a 1 star I would. P.s. I've NEVER LEFT a review for a company in my life and I've had bad service before.

      This company is the worst finance company I have ever came in contact with. Had them for a little over 3 years and NEVER once been late with my payment on my Mercedes-Benz. I used my car as a down payment on a new car about 3 weeks ago. They are now harassing me telling me I'm late and this could affect my credit. Even after telling them I used it as a trade and the dealership said they have 30 days they continue to harass me. I gave them the name of the dealership and contact in formation yet they still harass me! It's like a nightmare!!! If they offer to finance your vehicle RUN!!!

      The absolute worst company! I swear they went and looked for the worst customer service agents and hired them. No empathy, no understanding, no options. I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB (better business bureau) because this is unacceptable and unfair! Seeing that the nation is in a crisis and people aren’t working, barely making ends meet, etc.. you think they would have some type of options.. instead the lady said, “stimulus checks have been given out, so you should be able to pay”... ummmm that’s where you went wrong! I have not received a stimulus check so how can a person fix their mouth to say that?? That’s not your place to say that anyways. Every other company that I do business with has been extremely kind and helpful, offering assistance.. simply because they understand. The lady had the nerve to have an attitude and get smart. Who does that?? Whoever owns this company have people on the frontline that should not be In the back filing paperwork! Quality Acceptance is terrible and I’ll be sure to tell the world about it. 🙃

      Had horrible credit & they helped me finance my first car, unfortunately someone totaled my vehicle but nonetheless these people are amazing, helpful & very understanding.

      Thee worst customer service I have ever experienced. I honestly do not believe they are trained properly nor have the quality work experience to handle customers. The call that was made to me was extremely rude to the point I started recording it because I simply could not believe how rude this rep was. Talking over me the entire time telling me " this is a business, nothing you say matters to us" - Will absolutely refinance with a different lender that treat their customers with respect and understanding.

      I cannot lie, this review was starting out very negative and 1 star (only because I could not give it 0 stars) however, then my angel, SONIA came to the man's rescue who messed up my day/month/year. I will NOT give his name as I do not want him in trouble as he would be terminated if they played back the call. I called to discuss my balance as I assumed it should have been $0. Well he got so upset and literally began to huff and puff and commenced to tell me that I was aggressive. Well if I just paid my payment, I knew I should not owe money yet the website says I do, he should have been able to explain to me that he cannot see payments. Instead he began to argue with me, talk over me, ask me "can I talk now?" and accused me of talking over him. I literally told him to calm down and assured him I'm an Accountant and it would be okay. He was going to print out my payment history and hung up on me!! I called back and got SONIA who definitely exceeds top notch excellent customer service. SONIA gets 5 stars, Sonia knows what she's talking about, Sonia got the job done, Sonia was professional, knowledgeable and sweet to say the least. "He" should not work customer service. He should have listened more carefully. I told him at least 4 times that I just made a payment yesterday and he yells, "I heard you the first time but you still owe March payment! Yes you DO owe March's payment!!" Thank you, Sonia for truly being so caring. I was out of work due to illness and got behind before but she assured me I'm caught up and everything is fine. He truly needs to be working a different department. He was sure of himself, yelled and got wayyyy too emotional for such a simple call. I am a happy customer and I would hire Sonia in a heartbeat if I could afford her! Thank you for reading. Commend SONIA please. She is AWESOME!! I have 27 employees and I'd give anything to use that recorded call as training on how NOT to handle a concerned customer. ATTA'GIRL, SONIA!!!
