  My wife and i are long time customers of Pyramax, with a variety of different accounts over the years. Bank employees have always been top notch, friendly, helpful and efficient. On line banking is user friendly and the ability to get Notarized signature when needed is an added bonus. The bank was accommodating during COVID. The building lobby is clean, modern and friendly. We are confident in our choice to Bank at Pyramax.

  Prepare to be calling or going to the bank at least once a month. App works but goes down a lot, same with their website. All around this is not the access to my own money I need. Switching banks soon.

  After trying to apply with several lenders for a PPP loan, Eric and PyraMax came through! He provided excellent customer service including helping me resolve issues I had with the other lenders. After the loan was processed and ready to fund, Jennifer from our local branch helped me setup a new account seamlessly - even though we had to do everything over the phone and by email due to the virus. Pyramax processed this loan within a matter of WEEKS after I struggled with other lenders for MONTHS! I cannot explain how much of a stress relief it was! I'm now a new customer but I plan to be there for a long time!
