  This place is awesome. Very awesome staff. I buy from them all the time. It doesn’t matter if it’s pawns or layaways. If your in a bind they will be more than glad to help you out. These people go out of there way to help you. They also treat you like family when you go in. It’s hard to find a pawn shop that you enjoy going too. I enjoy going here to even just look around. A+++ people

  I love this business. I use them for all of my FFL transfers and have always had an excellent experience with them. If you need this type of service why pay $35 at other places when you can do business with Purple Heart for $15 and get professional, courteous service. You do the math. Keep up the great work and know that your company is sincerely appreciated.

  I absolutely love this place and all of the people up here. I have been using this shop for years not just for pawns, but also purchases. I cannot say enough how many times they have saved the day. The are beyond fair and they really care, very knowledgeable and have great stock. I would never go anywhere else.

  I got a really nice cello, bow, stand and case, drill with 2 batteries, drill bit set and 2 dvd's for a great price! Jessie was awesome! Very professional, helpful and honest! I drove out from Mesquite and it was definitely worth the drive! I will for sure go back. Plus, there is an awesome dog park not far from there.

  Went in to try and sell my amp reason being I never hardly used it and needed some extra cash the guy asked me what kind of brand it was and I Said I honestly didn't remember he begins questioning my ownership of the amp and treats me like I had stolen it just because I couldn't recall the amp brand his exact words were you don't know the brand of your own amp ? I'm like I don't recall it because I barely use it and he said that they wouldn't except it because of that I feel appalled I've given business here before with no trouble and was always greeted with a friendly hello and smile I've bought a few things In the past as well a tv an iPod etc and it always helped because I lived right across the street and I could count on good service I've never seen this guy before however and I hate that I was treated like a criminal rather than a hardworking woman that I am . Very disappointed !

  Ashley, so sorry t hear about this experience as we always strive to give excellent service. When selling an item we ask a few basic questions about the item. This lets us know details to help us price said item. We also have to protect ourselves from stolen merchandise and one red flag is the seller not knowing the brand of their own personal property. Just last month we lost nearly $5k from a professional who stole numerous items and sold them to us. The police confiscated them and we are out the money. It looks like we made a mistake on your item, very sorry, nothing personal I promise. Come back and we’ll try to help you out!

  Used to be $15 ffl transfer. $35 is a rediculous price hike. I'll be going elsewhere. Trinity Ordinance has $20 transfers. Great service over there btw.

  Sorry about that K Rog! The price change went into effect June of last year. The vast amount of transfer volume we were receiving made it difficult to process the paperwork needed by the ATF and complete our other pawnbroking tasks. I will be happy to refund you the $20 if you come back in. Going forward it will be $35. Thanks again!

  6 months ago I got my transfer firearms from online sale . I have good experience as well as 15 dollar transaction fee very reasonable. Hope the deal whit this place again THX for that

  If you want to get ripped off I would go to the o e off of campbowi. Brought in an xbox one and they said that will only give $30 for it while they had the same one on shelf for $149. Update: cash america gave me $80 for it. Cash Americ is where it is at.
