  I got my first home's loan from Mamta. Her rate was the best among a few that i shopped around with and her closing costs were also lower. She was available any time I needed her or had a question and would explain everything until it was clear. She was understanding and nice. I will recommend her to anyone who asks me.

  Once we zeroed in on a house, we had to close in 29 days. We did shop around both online and spoke to banks. Everyone was so skeptical to close so soon or were not sure. But Mamta was so confident to close and so she did. She closed in 29 days and the process was so smooth and meticulous right from documents sharing to keeping you in the loop for most competitive rates. She was wonderful. Would highly recommend her for smoother transactions.

  Mamta was a pleasure to work with all the way through. To start with Mamta got preapproval letters done overnight and made it simple. We got our First Mortgage sorted out with in 3 weeks from offer date. What was really good was how Mamta helped simplify the process, took a step back to explain how things work and what's very critical and what's not so much and next steps. Communication is fantastic to keep us posted every step of the way. Folks who work for her also are very responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend her to my friends and family and for our beach house hopefully :)

  My experience working with Mamata Kasturi from Pure Lending was very professional and pleasant. She answered all my queries very patiently, listened to my requirements very patiently and suggested options and explained pros and cons of those. She also explained all the terms and terminologies used in this industry/process in layman terms so that it is easily understandable. Locked in a very good interest rate given the current conditions and was able to hold to that rate with no surprises. The closing process, the whole computation, breakup etc were very clear.   WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Mamta. She had been tremendously supportive as I navigated my home buying journey in such a tough market. Mamta knows her craft really well and has tonnes of experience and knowledge, which comes in very handy for first-time home buyers like me. She was instrumental in getting me a very competitive rate, that too with lender credits to help support in closing costs. I also strongly admire her inter-personal skills and frankly it always felt as if I am working with a friend, not a lender as she kept advising me on a host of matters (including dealing with builders) throughout my journey. She even went out of her way to help me put a '10-day' finance contingency for an offer so that i could make it attractive for the seller, even though it easily takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks.   Mamta is the only person you need to help you through your mortgage financing process. She is extremely knowledgable , has access to tons of lenders and provides you the best rate. She was the first person I spoke to and than I did my own research and spoke to few more agents but came back to Mamta for final home finance. She is extremely patient and she took us through complete process , step by step which was very important to us a first time home buyer.
