  Sean at Anchor Mortgage went above and beyond. After being given the run around then bait and switch at a Local Traditional Large Bank, I came to Sean with two requests, one - ask for all documents up front and center and two - close in 15 to 21 days. Sean achieved close in 15 days (on time) and additionally got me an even better interest rate (on budget). What more can you ask for. He was responsive to all my requests and kept me very well informed throughout. I strongly recommend Sean and his team at Anchor Mortgage for all your Home Financing needs in GA.

  I want to say that Anchor Home Mortgage really took care of us with refinancing our mortgage. Tony and Meriah were very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions and concerns. I want to give extra Kudos to Tony C. because he went above and beyond in helping us iron out all our issues and concerns!!!

  Beware! I tried to get a refund for 4 months of only $100 and Anchor made excuses every few weeks. I made an offer on a home and scheduled an inspection. Anchor demanded I paid for the appraisal in advance. I let them know I didn't want to spend the money on an appraisal if there were problems with the inspection. They assured me we would have plenty of time to cancel and I could get a refund if I decided not to do the appraisal. Inspection came back terrible. I told my realtor to cancel the appraisal. Anchor didn't cancel it in time and I didn't get a full refund. For the past 4 months, Anchor promised me they would refund the $100. I received 4 responses that "the owner is out of the office and will handle it Monday". The latest response is that they can't refund the money because it would violate a kick-back law. They are the ones that didn't cancel the appraisal. Luckily, I'm only out the $100. I also had $35 fees for earnest money to send and receive back that I had to pay. Dealing with Anchor cost me $170. I consider it a cheap lesson to NOT deal with a company that doesn't care about customers.

  Best loan refi experience ever, and we’ve done a few. Daniel R. and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable and truly gave us THE best rate for less $. I would highly recommend Anchor to anyone for their home financing needs.

  Michael from Anchor Mortgage was simply amazing throughout our entire loan process. He did what my builder said was impossible. Michael had everything ready for us to close right on time, and got us the best interest rate in the game.   Just closed the refinance on my home mortgage. Calvin & Meriah helped me out and were very responsive to all of my inquiries. We closed almost 2 full weeks early! They gave me a fantastic 2.5% rate (significantly lower than all others in my area - including credit union) Would recommend! Thank you both so much again!
