  Wonderful company to work with. I had switched all of my homeowners policies to a new company and was told everything was all set. A month later I get a phone call that the new company is cancelling the policy on one of the properties and can not cover it. I called Loucretia and she was able to cover the property at a better price the same day. She made the transition very easy and is wonderful to work with.

  Loucretia has been my agent for many years. Always on top of things, works her best to get me the best deals, and even sends me reminders if I happen to forget a payment! Very responsive if you have questions or need anything!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable insurance agency!

  I have gone to Loucretia for probably 10+ years and I couldn’t think of one time she wasn’t an absolute rockstar. She always helped get me coverage I need while being conscious of what I could afford. She never got annoyed with me when I had her re-quoting my insurance every 6 months because my rates were so high when I was young. She has always helped explain the coverage to me, which is great. Now both my husband and I go to her for our auto and home insurance and we probably always will.
