Mark S2Horrible customer service. I called with some general questions about penalties on their CDs. The first person acted like it was the first time they had ever been asked a question over the phone. After each question there would be a long pause (almost to the point where I thought the call dropped) and then she would put me on hold to check. After being put on hold 3 times and not being able to answer she then told me should would have to transfer me to someone else. This was fine but she could of done this the first time instead of putting me on hold constantly or just said she was new or something. Then someone else picked up and I explained once again what I need. PUT ON HOLD AGAIN..... Then I hear the phone be picked up and then hung up which didn't sound like it was an accident.

Tywan Cook1I had a 2 fraudulent charges on my account a couple of months ago and I got them disputed. Pefcu gave me double the amount of what I deputed for I about a month ago I say that a reverse transaction had been done on my account a called everyday trying to get on the phone with someone nobody answered or they are to busy so today I I checked my account and almost 90 dollars is missing for my account I check the transaction history pefcu took out almost 90 dollars without giving me any kind of heads up so I called them today and they picked up the First Lady answered with a attitude I’m trying to explain and she’s talking over me not letting me finish what I had to say and she transferred me to card services and when the lady named Denise picked up the phone she off the back had an nasty attitude so I let her talk I told her my part of what happened and she said “ well like I said I can’t do any about it “
