  Kenton was great! He was knowledgeable and happy to explain the details of my loan. He stayed late on a Saturday to help me complete the loan application and I’m grateful for all of his help and advice.

  One of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. I've been a memeber of midflorida for 15 years now and have never been treated so terrible. I work for a bank myself and I would never have treated anyone the way I was treated today. Pam was very rude to me and showed no desire at all to help me. She seemed miserable and not wanting to be there. I used to love midflorida but it seems that they are just going down hill with their customer service. If you are in banking you are there for those memebers and to make sure you go above and beyond to help them. I'm glad we are switching banks completely I never want to deal with customer service like that again.

  I have been with Midflorida for approximately 3 years , but be never had any issues everyone has been great and friendly however I referred my son to Midflorida and it’s been one issue after another so much so that he thinks I’m NUTS for referring him. It’s crazy what he’s been through and he’s can honestly say I am embarrassed for recommending Midflorida to him

  This midFlorida branch is like a 3rd world service this branch literally has one person working to address new accounts and account issue. Worse customer service have to wait hours. Never 👎

  I hate coming to this branch. Nothing has changed. Still unprofessional tellers and prejudice at it's finest.

  my ONLY complaint is how slow the drive thru is. otherwise, my favorite bank I have ever had.
