  Outstanding! I have worked with bad, good, very good and excellent Mortgage Lenders. Monica Serva is definitely on my list of EXCELLENT ones. She’s very efficient, knowledgeble, quick to respond and available to answer questions at all times. It is hard to find a mortgage loan originator who will answer the phone after hours, on weekends or holidays; Monica does it! She always find solutions and make the deals happen. Monica and Prysma Lending are the best!

  Great people. Good team they were honest and direct. The whole process took 3 weeks from start to finished. Monica was really helpful answering all the questions I had. She was honest from the beginning of the process no surprises. After 3 weeks I can finally say that they are the best mortgage lending group in Danbury. I would recommend to my friends. Debi was in charge of my loan process she was very kind and helpful all the time. She will reply my email quickly. Overall my experience with Prysma was fantastic.!
