  LouAnn is one of the best Loan Originators I've worked with. Throughout the loan process she answered questions via phone or text in a timely manner. Her knowledge and experience of the loan process made it much easier to get through the paperwork requirements. I've had a number of home loans over the years...this was the easiest and fastest and it was all because of LouAnn.   Let me lay this out simply: if you want to get a house, and you want to get it done efficiently and expeditiously, call LouAnn. She will work as quickly as you do, and if by chance you neglected to get something done (see: me), she'll be right there in your inbox making sure it's taken care of. Not to mention she's hilarious. We're first time homebuyers, and she was the easiest part of the process, always a delight to talk to. She had referrals for anyone we needed to get services from along the way (lawyer, insurance, inspection, etc), and those people were also painless and professional. 15/10 highly highly recommend

  Louann was great. She is always responsive be it by phone, email or text. She almost always has the answers and if she doesnt she gets them in short order. She is always pleasant, courteous and professional. She is with you from beginning to the end of the process. I have worked with many mortgage officers and by far ahe is the best.

Not only is she deeply knowledgeable when it comes to mortgages and the many facets of them, and options involved, she is there for her clients long after they close their deals to continue to guide them along their financial journey.
