  The service here is amazing. I have done three auto loans here in the last year and a half with great rates lower than the dealers could give on there non promotional vehicles. All management and tellers are always in an upbeat mood and ready to help with me any questions or concerns may I may have.

  Offers some of the highest rates for CD, Savings account and Money Market. I left my other Credit Union after being with them for 30 yrs because their customer service kept slipping and slipping as well as their ownership seemed to change - started out as Telephone Company credit union and would change names to who they are now. It was a blessing in disguise because after looking into my options and who gave the best rates and was competitive, I chose Provident and couldn't be happier.

  My auto loan refinance was approved the same day, but for some reason, they keep asking for so many papers, one after another one. I stopped sending proves of my income and some other things that they asked for. It looked like they were keep asking for more and more. They should asked for wherever they need at first, and not waisted people’s time. Don’t waisted your time, like I did.

  Great staff, courteous & helpful. Ernesto a genuine "bank teller" provides great customer service, and friendly image. Khan's Nguyen is an awesome personal account officer, who goes above & beyond her call of duty. She's help me with loan application and good advisor etc...

  Ive got my very first CAR loan with them and reassuringly they’ve helped me improve with my payments by giving me lots of tips! I am very welcomed and there is also coffee out with outstanding customer service👏👏👏👏👏

  Was told by teller that she could not help with opening a new account due that they close at 4pm. This happened around 3:30pm. Seemed like a good bank, just wont get to find out for sure now!!

  I've been a member here for several years. They've always been friendly and competent with me, no problems. I don't get the negative reviews but I think they are the exception to the rule.

  Great Bank with no fee and easy to tranfer money... i work for another bank 10 year but i really like the way They built up this bank...thank you

  great service and offers, customer service was great and personal, they dont do business accounts for business under 2 years old but that is understandable.
