  I've lived in this neighborhood for years and this bank has seen its ups and downs. Today they were running late getting the bank open and a lobby full of people 10 minutes after it was suppost to open. 7 people... I would save time and go to another much more helpful location.

  I want to take the time to thank some employees for their diligent work and uplifting energy helping me through what could have been a very scary incident. A man who had stolen my checkbook came in to their branch and tried to take money from my account. Sabas did a wonderful job noticing that something was not right and took all the right steps to make sure my account stayed safe. Twee was super positive and helpful and called me right away to let me know of the incident. I went to their Chase branch Silver Creek San Jose right away and changed my account number and opened a Savings account as Twee advised for extra protection. Thanh helped me open my savings and was super positive and helpful too. This is a branch of workers that are excellent at what they do and are genuinely helpful and positive. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me.

  Bad customer service ! I used to come in to pay credit cards bills using our personal check ( me & my wife) without any issues. ONE check pays for two credits cards accounted. But today they said I have to write two separate checks instead of one. I asked them why’s and they ( a teller name Mr Alex M & his supervisor Ms Alex) told me I have to write two checks without explanation WHY and gave me some kind of “attitude”. I feel bad because of the unreasonable request and seems like they don’t care how their customers feel. I told them ...thank you and this is the last time I come to this branch. Btw, this is the only Chase branch that I have issues with. Another branch always accepting that plus a big thank you (with a smile) on their face. Should we close all accounts with Chase and not to deal with these people anymore ???

  Great experience I opened checking account and savings account Juliana walked me through the process with no issues great banking experience so far. Everyone here is very friendly and Juliana is outstanding.

  Was very helpful in accepting some cash in poor condition. One of the tellers (I forget her name) carefully counted the bills to make sure we could salvage as much as possible. Thanks !

  Great people like Mr. Valdivia work there. I have not had any bad experiences with this branch. Chase should, however, consider closing the one in Evergreen where the employees are lazy and unkind.

  The receptionist That greets the customers is amazing person she is so nice and positive I’ll be sure back to this place again

  Very clean bank, tellers that work their are very friendly
