  Great location, I have been banking with them for years now, the building is kind of old but the great staff really makes the building stand out! Great customer service. Love prosperity because they don’t have any monthly fees like most banks do, is really simple to manage if you have a checking and savings account with them. Love the fact that they always have security personnel during business hours. Keep up the good work!

  Bad service all around, For those that know how banking works, This lender does not have true bankers nor underwriters !! These so-called bankers have no lending rights there is simply a face. Loans/mortgages are sold out making the transaction very hard and time-consuming, causing a serious and costly trickle-down effect, especially when the property that you buying is under contract. Also if you considering using them for your business day-to-day transactions steer away , Chase concierge program will give you better service better benefits all around .

  Iffy at best. Slow always - why are there always 7 employees, 2 customers and very slow service? Today I almost gave up and did my deposit at another branch but finally was helped. When I got back to my office my deposit slip reads $450 but my check was over $6000! Also wrong account number luckily.

  Staff are smiling and friendly. The extra steps taken by the cashier is for the customers benefit of protection. Smile back and provide the ID.

  Worst banking experience I've ever had if your looking to open an account with them think Twice the app doesn't work and they lack in ATMs even at their own banking centers
