  Why is it that we open up a bank account with you all and I can't find out if my card was already sent. The lady will say oh it's on the postal service but you all don't know when it was sent out. I was asking when it was sent out so I could estimate when I would get it. I was told 2 weeks and it has been almost 3. Plus very rude person that answered the phone and she should know who she is. I thought you all were like the old Prosperity but I guess not.

  Wide had a account here the bank is a little behind the times. Wish for her and myself they offered cash deposits at the atm that posted directly to her checking account. I personally use wells Fargo and they are up to date and speed with deposits. I can put cash in or do mobile deposits with checks and it's almost instantly, moneys there. Prosperity bank needs to get up to date and speed when they built the new bank in Cleveland, tx we figuredthey would have had some of the bells and whistles but NOPE.

  I have found the bank employees to be the most engaging friendly and efficient group of folks I have ever banked with. I am in my late sixties and have moved often and had many banks. This group in Cleveland or anywhere else I travel in Texas are great. This is the first time ever for me give a review for anyone. They have been such a blessing for me I would like others to know about them. Have been a customer about 8 years.

  Very unprofessional bank all together. They have mixed up deposits on my account. I have no overdraft on my account yet I still some how got an overdraft fee I had to pay $35 for....I'm Not a happy account holder at all... Definitely finding a new bank.

  Slow as hell! They seem more interested, most times, with chatting with their friends who are in line ahead of you than they do about taking care of your business. Also, their outdated atm kiosk is set far too high for the average height of a car window, so many people are forced to get out of their vehicle to use it.

  The drive through in the temp bank is a mudhole. If you go through it proceed directly to the carwash. 100 dollars worth of sand would work wonders....but who cares its been like this every time it rains for MONTHS

  Usually fast friendly service, today 9/4/20 somewhat slow at the drive thru. Probably because of the previous customer.

  It's ok , but I lost count of how many times the lady has given us an incorrect withdrawal amount.

  Literally a joke covered up with a banks logo. The WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED. If I could give negative stars I would.
