  Went here to wait for a buddy of mine (BEFORE WE EVEN PAWNED ANYTHING) to meet us here so we can work out something to pawn because he owed my buddy some money ... in the time of waiting I was asked questions and was kicked out in a very unprofessional way. ("NOPE, NOT DOING IT. GOODBYE!) I tried to explain my situation but they didn't care nor did they want to. You are better off going to American pawn

  I travel a lot for work, so I ALWAYS hit up at least one local pawn shop where I'm staying. So... How happy was I when I figured out I could walk to Cleveland Pawn from the La Quinta I was staying at :) I ended up going a couple of times, the shop is a super cute little brick building and I the staff was super friendly. I ended up with a gorgeous pair of earrings at such a great price. Thank you!

  I hate having to pawn things but life happens. Sent my son with a brand new in the box galaxy pad that I had bought for school and was refused because he didn't think it was his. I understand that people steal and he must protect his business but I have the receipt from the purchase and could verify it if needed. Please dont make assumptions about people based on what your personal feelings and don't hang up on customers. You were making a judgment based on looks. If you have a concern you are well within your right to ask for a receipt or other form of verification. Sorry you had to learn this lesson via Google. I would have much preferred a one on one conversation.

  Your son could not log in to the device or get the device to work. By laws we have to follow if someone can not demonstrate they can operate the device we can only assume it does not belong to that person. You were sitting in the car why didn't you simply come in and log into the device and make it operable? You also could have brought in your receipt. We only accept items that are operable; this device was not operating properly. If you could have demonstrated the device was operable we would have gladly given you a loan. Why are you sending in your son to take care of your loan needs?

  The BEST Without a doubt within 50 miles...Seriously same deal at the Cash America Pawn told them I needed rent They didn't budge even when I offered the watch on my wrist asking me for receipts. What an insult. Cleveland Pawn not only helped me THEY ALSO DOUBLED what No-Cash America Offered. When you can depend on a Pawn Broker that is The THIRD Ball on the hanger💯

  prices are kinda high for the stuff they have got a mini fridge from the other pawn shop in town that was newer nicer and cheaper then the one i saw there i could buy a new tv for 50 dollars more (maybe even less) at walmart then a tv from here but there jewelry is decently priced ill give them that this is a honest review they have alot of 5 star reviews because they give you 5 free dvds for ever 5 star review you give

  Very comfortable place to shop the staff are nice and they have good prices for a smaller shop
