  Gabe and Matt are the BEST. I've purchased and refinanced a few homes and have never had a better experience than I did with Mortgages By Gabe. They made my recent refinance incredibly easy and painless. They went above and beyond to resolve a survey issue I had that anyone else would have put on me to get fixed. It feels good to have this team to turn to the next time I am looking for a lender.

  Gabe and Sue was a tremendous and efficient in helping us closing on the house we wanted to buy. The overall experience was fantastic, smooth and transparent. What pleased me is that Gabe remains a good contact even after the closure and making sure I am aware of changes in the interest rates, time to request PMI cancellations etc. Gabe also send postcards and small perks every month - things you wouldn't expect. Great service! Great attitude and efficient work!

  Gabe and Sue were excellent from start to finish. Gabe went through all of our options based on our long and short term financial goals. He was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. When we had questions, even if it was over the weekend, he was available. Once we were under contract, we received weekly updates from Sue even if it was just to check in and answer any questions we may have. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Gabe and his team.

  If I could give Gabe and Sue 10 stars I would! These two were so incredible throughout our home-buying experience. My wife and I used the Va loan and what I thought was going to be a rough process turned out to be as smooth as can be because of Gabe and Sue’s hard work and dedication. They make sure that you are informed of everything that is going on throughout the process, and show you that they truly do care about you and your needs. I cannot thank the both of them enough for all that they did for me and my family. I would highly recommend them(and have already) to anyone looking to buy a house in the near future, you won’t regret the decision.

  With Gabe, you're not another number or customer. He truly cares about your family and getting into the right home. My husband and I had 2 homes fall through (sellers fault) when we were trying to purchase our first home together. We even ended up being in-between homes for about 2 months. During the entire process Gabe helped up keep our faith that we would find the right home. When we found our forever home, Gabe has the paperwork completed at lighting speed! He is an amazing person to work with and even keeps in touch after the purchase is complete. I tell everyone I know to talk to Gabe :)

  If you're even just THINKING of purchasing a home, do yourself a huge favor and contact Gabe! My husband and I are due with our second baby in July. We made it a priority to purchase before then but in February we stumbled upon a house that we LOVED. We contacted Gabe on a whim thinking we were not quite ready to buy but he was able to get us a pre-authorization within a couple days of us contacting him. The first house ended up with an offer on the table before we could go see it in person but Gabe was amazing throughout the entire process. Either he or his partner, Sue, will contact you EVERY Tuesday to let you know how your process is going. They are both easily available via email and telephone. If they do not pick up, they call you back within the day. They made such a nerve wrecking process so seamless. Unlike most mortgage lenders, Gabe is personal. You receive sweet cards from him monthly and they usually include a sweet picture/drawing from his children. Your business helps him as much as he helps you! We are forever grateful for Gabe and his team. We will 100% be referring everyone to him that is looking to buy. We're a VA loan family so they are more than capable of handling ALL loan types! The Landrums appreciate you, Gabe and Sue!
