      Love Prosperity but this location is the worst! I've tried to make a couple deposits and they always have an excuse as to why they can't do it and treated me like I was being shady. I also had a question about a fee on my account once and they told me they couldn't help me and there was no branch manager to talk to. Love my bank of 8 years but definitely won't be stopping at this location again.

      I have banked with Prosperity since it was First Federal and on 29th St by Subway. 21 years a go. I've seen lots of changes through the years they have always been very helpful with my bank needs. Friendly always!! My favorite is PB on Longmire. Thank you ladies esp JAZZ!!!

      Wish I could give no stars. Went into this bank with my sister who was trying to open an account and bcs the address on her license was not correct (due to moving 2 days prior ) the bank manager looked at her and laughed and said "then I can't help u". How professional! There are a long list of ways to verify an address not just by a drivers license. This woman was totally unprofessional and we will never use a prosperity bank bcs of her!
