      Man I thank God for this lady. I think her name was Brenda. I cant rememeber but she was a Hispanic lady with blonde hair. And she went above and beyond to help me. She had great customer service skill, and she had a great aura about herself. And if she reads this thank you, you blessed me with your kindness.

      Marlene has zero customer service skills. Waited over 20 min for a deposit and change. When no one was in front of me.

      I'm confused by all the negative reviews. I have been banking with Prosperity for over 10 years and I have never had an issue. This location has always greeted me by name and with a smile. The Associates have helped me everytime. I reccomend often!

      If I could leave a negative star I would. This location alone is not worth anyone's business. Just this location from what I can tell..... Meeting with corporate office to make the change to a different bank if possible! HORRIBLE SERVICE

      If I could give 0 ZERO Starts I would ! Bank closes super early and on top of that they take money from “over draft “ Suposly and nothing was made for them to take the money and when I tried to deposit to my husbands account I couldn’t ...it’s not like I’m withdrawing I WAS MAKING A DEPOSIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
