  This will be the first of 2 reviews because i want to make sure i highlight each aspect of our home buying process. For this review I really want to lift up Emmanuel, Ceondra, Mayra, and Kimberly. I've never seen such passion and dedication in my life. When they tell you they will make it happen, BELIEVE THEM! They will go beyond measures to ensure your satisfaction and to make sure everything with your file is up to par. The process of buying a home is extremely tedious and the last thing you want is a team that can't deliver or a team that can't help you rest easy. This team did both. Emmaniel is very experienced and dedicated. Ceondra is compassionate and timely. Mayra is very personable, honest, and experienced. Kimberly is super sweet and swift. Look no further! Let ERO Lending handle your home buying process.

  I can't say enough about my experience with Ero Lending. Emmanuel Offlong and Mayra Amaya I will never forget these two individuals. Because of these two I can now say that I am a first time homeowner. They went over and beyond to get my file approved and closed, stood by every word they said and made sure I was not taken advantage of in the process. To you two I bow my head. Would I refer them to my friends and family...I most certainly would.

  Worst place to go- Please DO NOT give this company any business!!! All they want is your money. We had the similar situation. We gave money for house we didn't even have!!!! Scam artist at it's best. It was also very difficult for us to get Emmanuel or someone on the phone. If I did get someone, Emmanuel was never in the office, we would leave messages and on top of that they were extremely rude and unprofessional. We would get a phone call after hours. Obviously, we lost about $1,550 dollars. This company never had OUR best interest at heart, He even decided to scream at me on the phone saying that he could "drop" the loan if he wanted to because he didn't care. REALLY?!--- Don't trust the wolf dressed in sheep's clothing.

  Hi Mrs. Romero We are sorry you feel this way, but we don't only want your money. If you gave us any check it was for either Earnest or Option Money, which is not in our hands if you drop in credit score or didn't relay something to us before the loan was started and put the option or earnest money on the house the seller has the right to keep it. If there is anything we can do to fix this issue please give us a call! We also couldn't find you in our system, if you would like to call please feel free!

  Emmanuel and Mayra were wonderful! We are happy to finally say we are 1st time homeowners. Emmanuel told us exactly what he would do for us and he made sure it happened.We are truly grateful for all you guys did to get us in our home.

  If I can give more than five stars I would. Mayra and Emmanuel are God sent. The whole process was so smooth. I love how they are so involved from beginning to the end. I recommend them over and over. Wonderful experience

  ERO Lending helped us tremendously to get into our home, even after hiccups, frustrations and road blocks from 3rd parties along the way Mr. Emmanuel and Mayra worked hard to get our file closed. They didn’t stop until we were in our home. Thanks ERO Lending we are truly grateful and we love our home!!!

  Wow, where do I start from!! Thanks to the entire Ero lending team, Mr Emmanuel, Mayra and Ceondra for helping us get our dream home and paying almost nothing . Even when the odds were more, they made it happen. I totally recommend this company, do as they say and they definitely go the extra mile. Oh by they way, don’t let the closing disclosures scare you, it’s gonna be way less!

  Been applying with different lenders since 2018 and alot of them tried low balling me finally came across ERO lending with Mr. E and boy I tell you the first time I applied he approved me for a way higher amount📈 then the other lenders were that's how I knew the other lenders were low balling me 🙃. Everytime i called Mr E was always very attentive and picked up the phone or called me back shortly and always made sure everything was in order he reminds me of the dudes from the movie cool runnings always good vibes from him and the rest of the staff was just as great ! Ceondra was so quick to process my paperwork and also Mayra made sure I got the best rates for everything..my interest rate was superlow❗ everyone that came across my paperwork said wow that's a good good interest rate just a couple days ago I closed on my house it took 28 days! Me and my family are so grateful it took 2 yrs to get this because of the other sorry lenders I came across. THANKS A MILLION TO THE WHOLE ERO LENDING STAFF!

  My wife Angie and I closed on our home June 14th 2018 and it's the best feeling ever!! Mr. E and his team were able to get me and my family into a beautiful home in a beautiful subdivision with a creek down the street (i love to fish) a spacious park around the corner. We can now enjoy spending time with our kids and grand kids really making good family memories. We love our home, thank you so much for all of your hard work! I highly recommend Mr. E and his team we didn't think we could buy another home but Mr E prayed with us and took the time we needed to get us here. Thank you and may God continue to bless you your family and your team!!

  Great company! Very detailed,patient and professional! Maribel, Bes, Bri, Emmanuel and the rest of the staff has been a blessing to our family. We moved into our home right before our baby is born. God bless ERO! They worked with my Veteran status and below challenging credit.
