  If I wasn't forced to open an account here (because of my job) I wouldn't have. I've been with them 10 years and get no help with loans. When card was hacked they helped with nothing. All other banks do everything they can to help but not investex. I'd recommend anyone but these people. They do not care at all about customer service

  This bank is getting worse and worse for it being a credit Union they should be more responsible. Drive-through says they're open until 6 PM I drive-through at 5:50 PM and sign says CLOSED per manager Edgar at the location near Hardy its a normal thing that happens since its an automatic system. Also in order to take out money at an ATM and not be charged extra you have to use an investex ATM. The ATM at this same location has been broken for the past 3 months on and off. This bank has changed owners a couple of times but now it's just not having good reviews for reasons of them not being responsible in many ways.

  This is by far the worst. And to come to when just tryin to make a deposit it took 40mins no line no wait just No service push the button no answer and them gonna come back and say just wanted to tell u there will be a 5 dayhold on the check it was 175.00 really!!!!! I have never had them hold that amount I said I just want to make a deposit and go home this bank is unreal!!!!it always always takes them forever to get your deposit slip back to u...you will always have to wait and unreal amount of timeask if somone else come help she said she is the only person other one is in trainingsmh...

  I have been banking with Investex for many years and usually interact online and by phone. Today, April 1 2022 I had the opportunity to talk with a young woman, Maria Guerra, who was so pleasant I found it remarkable and told her so and am telling you!

  Im not sure if it's new personnel or what but lately investex credit union has declined TERRIBLY. It takes anywhere from 7-10 minutes for someone to answer your phone call. You can speak to someone one day and call back the next day and they will tell you another thing totally different saying that the person who initially gave you the information was wrong. I have been trying to get a replacement debit card since December 3rd and it is not January 17th but still no card. Will be leaving.

  Been with investex for 6 years, great for auto and personal loans with low interest rates but dislike that I get ID for depositing money and my wife doesnt

  Hello, I am currently a new customer and I just want to say this was the easiest process I have been thru to refinance my car!!! Abigial Lopez at the Aldine location help tremendously and really made sure having was put in order in such a short notice! Thankful for her and her help!!

  I just recently bought a vehicle and financed with InvesTex Credit Union I was assisted by Norma Bais the Assistant Branch Manager and I must say that the process was very smooth even with the whole pandemic situation going on. I didn’t have to go into any branch locations to sign documents everything was electronic and the communication was great. I would like to give high praise to her she was absolutely amazing!!! With great customer service, very professional, knowledgeable and informed me of all the options I had to make a car purchase. After doing research like Norma had advise me to do, I ended up making my purchase from Enterprise and worked with my car salesman Carlos Gonzalez who was also great! Carlos was also very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience! You guys are AMAZING!

  I've been a member for almost 20 years, and each time I needed personalized assistance Management was receptive...Thank God for Ms. Horn - and staff. Sometimes there are challenges that you need Special assistance and "Investex" has BEEN THERE- I shall continue to recommend and inspire others to become MEMBERS.

  The location where I do business is very polite and professional at all times. Every time the service has been awesome. When enter greeting and smiling faces willing to assist your needs. I like having the abilities to receive options and professional service. This location is great. I love the members at this branch. Also Mr. Marco is very professional, catering to the staff and customer. Great!!!!
