  Finally got the help I needed! It took far too long and there were too many hiccups to give my experience more than 2 stars, but it was far and away better than my last one. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I had to wait nearly an entire month for my issue to be resolved due to an error. But eventually everything was resolved with only a few emails and a phone call or two. Manager and tellers were also very helpful and courteous and I hope that any future dealings with them will be like this one (barring a nearly month-long wait of course).

  Our business has been banking with Prosperity bank for almost 20 years and we are always taken care of really well! They have the best customer service. They are very quick and professional with every transaction. Never given us a reason to even look to bank anywhere else.

  Undoubtedly the best bank and the best treatment, very friendly and helpful, catching that one only has an ITN number helps a lot !!
