  This bank is garbage, they’ve been going downhill steadily since I joined in 2016. They are completely unreliable with respect to honoring commitments (scheduled appointments, phone calls and timelines)… additionally Proponent representatives are incredibly hard to get ahold of via their corporate phone number once you get fed up with trying to catch an employee to speak to in the local office. Don’t waste your time with this company.

  This bank charges insane fees. They only have 2 locations in the USand then keep terrible hours so you can never actually talk to someone. They often never process a charge foe several days even though it's debit and it doesn't even show in your account. They made it almost impossible fir me to actually go to a different bank.

  I have been with Proponent Credit Union since 1980 I would recommend them to anyone who does banking

  Great staff that cares about my needs. I was fully refunded for a fraudulent transaction a couple of years ago, which is standard banking practice. Very friendly staff!

  DONT waste your time!!! They do not care about their consumers. I’ve been with proponent since I was 17 and they have not ever help any time I’ve called. They barely answer the phone, their representatives are very rude and no one calls you back when needed. They do not reimburse for money taken from your account that was fraud. They are completely useless. I recommend choosing another credit union. I will be removing my funds today. Something I should have done long ago
