  We were moving from out of state and needed a buyers agent so we hired Holly Rose of Tate Realty to assist us as a Buyers Agent. Holly is a total professional, with many years of experience and expertise. Through a very intense buying process, Holly was there for us with consistent expert advice, always reassuring, and direct. Additionally, Holly helped us source local professionals to help with “new build” problems. Holly is a great listener, and is responsive to whatever concerns you may have along the way. We highly recommend Holly Rose, she is the best.

  Is very unfortunately that this real state company has realtors like Jose Crespo, he is irresponsible, dishonest, no values and a disgrace for the good realtors in the state of North Carolina. He doesn't follow the guidelines of the real state commission for the state of north Carolina. If you can avoid doing business with this realtor. Also the realtor broker in charge at the office Mrs. Berverly Foster, did not care to take a complaint and the way she addressed it was very poorly. Allan Tate realtors should get a better leader and realtors in the Burlington office.

  I worked with Caitlin Bateson on purchasing a new home in Greensboro. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She worked closely with the mortgage company and others to make sure that the house buying process was successful. She was incredibly responsive and made an otherwise daunting and difficult process much simpler for me.

  I have had a great experience with Allen Tate Realty. The staff & realtors are extremely nice, professional and experienced. My mom's home went up for sale late on Wednesday afternoon (1-9-2019). Friday (1-11-2019) I accepted the second offer. Saturday (1-12-2019) I signed papers for a closing. The video they did and posted online for the home was wonderful. Can not say enough good things about Allen Tate. Excellent Realtor!

  Nelson did not hold up to his obligations as an agent. He spent half his time as a seller ‘s agent out of the office and when he was in the office he lacked communication. He also allowed items to convey with the house that should not have. The house also sold for less than it was worth due to his mistakes, including not having it listed properly online.
