  We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jason Jones at The Salem branch of Progressive Ozark Bank. We had done our research to the best of our ability but there was still so much more that we needed to understand and learn about the process of obtaining our own land and Jason basically was The Mastermind behind it all helping smooth things over across many parties and also just giving us the information we needed to succeed. He had all of the tools necessary to just take what we gave him and turn it into the streamline process that we experienced in spite of many setbacks made by other people involved. Honestly Jason is nothing short of a miracle worker he was able to meet deadlines that other people would have just given up on. He was also very straightforward and honest himself with us about giving us those details that we ought to know that perhaps big Banks or scheming loan officers would just fail to mention. He then made our dream of owning our farmland that we have planted and improved on and shared many wonderful memories on feasible for us and so we owe him our heartfelt thanks always for our family now and the generations in the future inherit our Land. Thank you so much Jason you were the utmost professional and yet always made sure that you treated our situation like it was the unique situation that it was to our family and we can't recommend you any higher and will be happy to give more reports to anyone who might need to hear our personal story and experience in more detail. We also just adore Progressive Ozark Bank and are so glad we selected it as our home town bank from now on.

  Amy always does such an amazing job every time I come in! She’s always so very sweet and welcoming and does not judge me when I have to get a fifth card printed in less than 6 months🤣🤧

  Progressive Ozark Bank is the best little bank ever! Before I go on, let me say that I have lived in many different states and big cities. This is a small, rural town, but they show the most professionalism of any bank I’ve ever been to, as well as always going above and beyond to be helpful for whatever I need. In addition, everything is geared towards it being a pleasant experience for the customer, including the interior of the bank, the drive-through, the hours they keep, just everything. I love all of you guys over there at Progressive Ozark Bank, thank you for all you’ve ever done for me. (This is Dori, btw).

  A little disappointed with the ATM . I needed cash and it wouldn't help me altho I had more than enough money in the bank . No reason given except to try at a later time. Si don't waste your time at this ATM
