  I have used this bank 20 years. My account is small but they call me by name. Very professional in manner and service. Have recommended to several people. My grandson recently opened his account and they have treated his tiny funds with respect.

  I applied for a PPP loan through Phelps County Bank and it was the best experience I have ever had applying for a loan.   Outstanding customer service. Helped us apply for the PPP loan AND helped to get it forgiven. The entire process was super simple and seamless with everything done electronically. They answered all my questions and even questions I didn't know I was gonna ask. For a small local bank these guys are world class!

  PCB’s customer service is nothing short of remarkable! Their loan department’s professionalism and follow through are especially worth noting! It’s hard to find the total banking package wrapped up in one place…but PCB is flawless! Hometown feel and treatment with Big City Expertise! This is the place for all your banking needs! A special shout-out to Peter Freiberg for his relentless efforts during the pandemic year! This guy and supporting team members all need a raise!

  Horrible customer service from i believe Tiffany. When asked to speak to someone else because of her horrible unfriendly attitude i was told " no, you can talk to me" why in the world would someone want to talk to a person with such a snotty ignorant attitude? When her boss Dana called me back i explained the situation she didnt care nor apologize. Here is an idea if you wanna work customer service at least act like you enjoy your job. But Maries county bank is super friendly so i recommend them :)

  I have been banking with Phelps County Bank for the last few years and it has been one of the best banking sessions that I have ever made. My husband and I are very happy and the staff is very helpful. They are always friendly and do a great job answering questions in terms that helps us understand.

  I have been happy banking with Phelps County Bank! The tellers at PCB are always very friendly and do a great job making sure that I am taken care of and any questions that I have are answered. I would definitely recommend banking with PCB - they are the best.
