  2 years after hearing Danny's promises about getting my taxes done on time and I'm still dealing with the cleanup. She only filed my federal and I had to pay $1,200 bucks. I just got done working with the state tax office she never filed for state so I had to go through that process now. She did my partner's taxes too and he said she messed them up. I don't know the details there. She went through so many staff members I don't know if they quit or what but in the three or four months I dealt with her every communication I had was with a new staff member. We'll see what she comes back with. I told her I would upload the whole correspondence of her harassing me. I'll hold off to see what her response on this is. Dani I hope you get your license taken away. A person like you has no business running a business.

  Here it is June 19th and I have been offered 30% of the return I have received for the past 5years. I have asked repeatedly to have my documents returned and have been charged $280.00 only to get nothing but a run around stating that it is the office staff job to follow up on these matters. I have filed a formal complaint with the irs. So good luck should you decide to go with this establishment.

  Jason was offered a 100% refund if he would provide us a copy of a return showing tax laws were followed and he got the substantial refund he felt he was owed. It's been almost a month and we have not gotten that from him. Yet his review remains. Tax laws are complex and refusing to talk to professionals simply because you have an expectation is not the best way to handle the situation.

  I paid amount I was told, then after amendment was made it turn out IRS would owe me over $9000 this place decided to charge me more cuz of my return. ..happens to be I never got that $9000 but Profound Financials sure got theirs....over charge me for nothing...wasn't a happy camper.

  Completing amendments on several years and doing returns for several years and calling the IRS to remain on hold for hours on end is not exactly nothing. We charge when work is performed. I emailed Israel to update him on the IRS' stance yet he hasn't returned my contact. There's still funds waiting Israel perhaps you should contact me as the IRS needs further information. I doubt Google is going to help you.
