  During the past 12 years that I have worked as a Signing Agent, I probably worked for 100 different Signing Agencies, Lawyers, Title Agencies and Banks. While I have never claimed to be the best Signing Agent, I have promised to put forth my best effort to get the job done in a professional manner and I expect the company or person hiring me to do the same. I expect them to respond when I call them during a closing and help with questions I can not answer. During the hours I put into a closing I see myself on a team where we each do our part to get the job done. My experience with Marcy has been nothing but professional. She treats me as a person and if I make a mistake, we figure it out together. I do my part, she does hers, and the job gets done. Marcy never ceases to amaze me with her knowledge of the business and her willingness to educate others in the process. She has always been paid for me for my work and forgiven me for my humanness.   I've been working for PNS off and on for about a year. Marcy and Vanessa are both great! As a self-trained signing agent I've gained a lot of knowledge and help from working with PNS. Marcy is very helpful and encouraging. Working with her has given me the confidence to demand higher fees and not accept low-ball offers. She values her peers and is always available to answer questions. She works tirelessly and understands just how hard we work, because she is one of us. I love working with Professional Notary Services, Marcy and Vanessa and I hope we have a long business relationship! P.S. As for people having a problem with the payment timeline, the industry standard is 30 to 60 days after the loans close/fund. PNS pays every week without fail. I'll take as much work from them as they can throw at me!

  Needed a form notarized in a pinch so I tried 3 different UPS Stores and went 0/3. Called Marcy and she was able to meet and notarize my form within 30 minutes. Will call PFS first next time.
