  Nick and the Oxford Capital Mortgage team has been amazing to work with over the past 5 years. In 2017 we had originally worked with them to find a mortgage rate for our first home, which went very well! In 2021 we revisited this same house only to take advantage of refinancing to a lower our interest rate. This helped to save us hundreds of dollars a month on our mortgage payments! In that same year we had also found our next home, which Nick strategically helped us to secure low interest rates once again by pushing all parties involved to a quick closing timeframe to make all this happen for us! We have not only found a brokerage that works for us today, but has worked for us in the past, present, and will be working with us for future houses down the road! Highly recommend them!

  Nick and his team at Oxford Capital were excellent. They made the process of buying my home so easy. As a fist time home buyer I’m happy with the service they provided . My realtor Hiba was wonderful, she knew exactly what I was looking for. In a tumultuous housing market, I was able to find a house in two months. I would highly recommend.

  This was our second time using Oxford Capital and it won’t be the last. Throughout the entire process I felt like I was the only client. My messages and phone calls were answered quickly, regardless of time of day, or day of the week. When things got rocky as a result if unforeseeable circumstances , Nick stepped right in, going over and beyond what was expected to advocate for us and make sure things were done. Nick was honest, professional, and calm when deadlines approached. He always kept his word, advocated for us, and did whatever was necessary to get the ball rolling and keep it that way. In the end, it all worked out just as he assured me it would. I would strongly recommend Oxford Capital.

  We had less than perfect credit going into the home buying process, so buying was a little more challenging for us. Henny helped smooth over the stress of the many steps we had to take. She was a good communicator, always readily available to answer questions, and diligent about keeping the process moving along!

  STAY AWAY!!! The worse experience ever, Nick and his team at Oxford Capital were terrible. They made the process extremely frustrating and difficult. Nick is extremely unprofessional and rude.The communication is nonexistent especially with Nick. All requested documents were provided in a timely manner, but my repeated emails and text messages for an update went unanswered for weeks. After six months of sending documents, we were pretty much told to take our business else where.

  Nick and Maureen made my home buying process as easy as possible in this market. Nick does all the prework so when you’re under contract there is very little left to be done. He personally answered all my questions as they came up and fixed any paperwork issues as soon as I asked. I highly recommend Oxford Capital Mortgage if you want all of your lending needs expertly taken care of for you. Moving is already a lot of work and very stressful, they made their part so much easier!
