  Recently closed on a place with Professional Mortgage Source LLC - worked with Chae Bae, he was an excellent. I can not begin to tell you how easy this process was with him and Professional Mortgage Source. They are always attentive to the details and will ensure you get what you need. There were times I sent an email late at night not expecting a response at least until the morning, but to my surprise he replied within mintues!   This was the fastest refi I have ever done. He provided all the options in worksheets so we could determine are best option. The biggest thing, he provided the lowest rate compared to other mortgage sources. Highly recommend.

  Throughout our refinance application, Chae was very responsive and offered very competitive rates. He and his team were also very good about answering questions directly and concisely instead of inserting superfluous jargon. Why the two stars, then? Chae handled our refinance well, so we thought it'd be worth using him for financing on a cabin purchase. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, but the day before our contracted closing, he informed us that, for whatever reason, lending couldn't be secured given the way the contract was structured -- the day before closing. He had the contract for over a month. The sellers decided not to agree to the structural changes Chae required, the deal fell through, and the cabin went to someone else. We're out all of the expenses leading up to the purchase, and of course, we lost the cabin. The sellers ultimately ended the deal, but Chae gave them every opportunity and incentive to do so. Do not use this lending service unless you're already sitting on the property.

  Chae & his team were friendly & super responsive as long as you're the one to initiate the conversation. I've gone through the mortgage process with several different lenders previously where they would tell you what to expect or give you a constant status update on the loan or explain the different types of loans/programs available. However, there really was none of this with Chae & his team but when you do ask a question, they get back to you immediately (I mean within minutes!) and they know what they are doing, get it done & can get you a great rate. He was able to match a rate that another lender had presented (after buying points) but ultimately, I believe I was just given whatever the current rate was because it was a lower rate than the initial quote anyways. Not sure since it wasn't explained to me but I didn't question it since the rate was lower.
