  Professional Mortgage Solutions is the way to go if your are looking to purchase a home. Jason and Sylwia are amazing in ensuring you close on your home with no hassle. Sylwia communicated with me via email sent her all documents needed and Jason got my mortgage rate locked in once all documents sent to Sylwia was approved by the lender. They are very professional as mentioned in their name.

  Very bad experience. Definitely not professional. I paid them a lot when I purchased my home at Queens and They didn’t help me when I had to do refinancing, even stopped picking up my phone.

  Dear Mr. Czaban, I am sorry about your review, however, I investigated your complaint and I see that your loan closed with a very attractive interest rate of 2.595%. I think your review pertains to your attempt to refinance your mortgage shortly after closing on your loan. I spoke to your Loan Officer and unfortuantley, the scenario you were requesting did not exist through any of our 35+ lenders that we work with. If the program doesn't exist, we cannot magically create a program for you. In closing, I am sorry that you did not get exactly what you want, however, based upon what I see in your file, we did a great job for you and got you a spectacular rate at the time.   I had a great experience with Professional Mortgage Solutions —they were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. The owner Sal Tomaselli went out of his way to patiently answer all of my questions as I was going through every step of the process. PMSi was constantly on top of things, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Sal managed to lock me into surprisingly low rate and I couldn't be happier. His team was also very knowledgeable about reverse mortgages and went out of his way to connected a family member of mine with a reverse mortgage expert. Would definitely use again.
