      I have been an employee of processors for a little over 2yrs and I LOVE my job and our members...November 1st we will be merging with Midwest Members Credit Union with the current staff we have on board..Same great smiles, different name❤

      This is the worst bank I've ever worked with. I go by a nickname, not my legal name, and often have checks written to my nickname as I go by it professionally. I discussed this with the bank numerous times and with the manager directly over the past several months as check after check has been refused because of this. The manager assured me it wouldn't be a problem, but it keeps happening. Today they accepted a check and deposited it in our account only to later remove it from the account over this name issue again. I'm done with it. We're removing all our money in the morning. If you want a bank that cares about it's customers look elsewhere.

      We have banked here for 10+ years and have had nothing but amazing service! They know us by name and we always get that extra personal touch. We moved out of Granite and because of the service we rcv we have no desire to switch credit unions. Thank you to all the staff at PICCU

      The people are cool but if you look like me and need a loan....not happening!! Not even a reasonable alternative but I have found out that if you don't look like me you'll more than likely get a loan.

      Opened an account on April 15th. It's May 19th and I still haven't received debit card. Called to find out what's wrong and nobody answers the phone. This bank is bullshit.
