  I worked with Sue Miller-McCasey to get a mortgage for a home purchase. She did a great job, turning the mortgage around in just a little over 2 weeks. The rate and terms she offered were significantly better than a couple other lenders I had already considered. I would definitely use Sue's services again.

  I've worked with Sue Miller McCasey for many years and I've recommended her to anyone and everyone I can. She is always looking out for the best for her customers, completely trustworthy, explains everything fully and is just a ray of sunshine and so easy and pleasant to work with. If I could give her a rating from 1-10 it would be a 15. I feel very fortunate to work with her and can't say enough nice things about Sue.

  In today's customer service, there are generally two types of providers: One is a very professional and not much of the down to earth and friendly. The other is not very professional and will address you along the line of "I got this brother". Sue Miller-McCasey is a whole different breed. She is extremely professional to all your needs and yet, level to your understanding so you don't miss out anything along the process. With her, buying your dream home is actually a pleasant experience.

  I worked with Jeffrey K who was extremely professional . He guided me through the process which made it easier for me after I had a had some frustrations previously with a different lender. Jeff promised to close by 60 days and Infact we closed the refinance before 60 days. I would highly recommend this company and working with Jeff.
