  I had a great experience with fairway as I purchased my first home. I was provided information, educated, and supported on every step of the way with patience, friendliness, and a positive attitude. David hands down was who made the experience such a great one for me with his knowledge and expertise. He really knows his stuff! He is detailed oriented, has fabulous follow through and great communication. My experience was hassle free and I definitely plan on using these services again in the future as well as recommending it to friends.

  Fantastic partner to help you get set up with a mortgage. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers searching for a home in early 2021. We were connected to Jay at Fairway through a real estate agent, and from day one we loved our interactions with him. He has a way of being extremely warm and kind, while also getting some serious business done. He especially exemplifies mastery in the mortgage world and he can lay out all your options (with data) without trying to influence you one way or the other. Throughout the entire closing period, Jay (with the help of his teammate Chris) walked us through every step of the way, never hesitating to jump on a call or reply to an email late at night just to answer our questions. In the end, we were extremely happy with the mortgage product we got, and even more happy with the service from Jay/Chris. We highly recommend them and Fairway for your next home purchase.

  My wife and I used Jay and Chris for a refinance on our house. The entire process was smooth and non stressful.   Jay is such a hardworking, reliable broker. I always feel like I am in the best hands when he is involved. He was able to get us a mortgage in the past when no one seemed able to do so, and in 24 hrs! We wouldn't have been able to get our home had he not come through. And our refinance went through without a hitch. I kept waiting for the inevitable call at the last minute saying "there's a little problem", but not with Jay. He is absolutely the best!

  Jay Weisbrod's service is exceptional. We, as first-time home buyers. Jay was very patience with us, always answered our questions in details. Always answered our phone calls, emails, text messages immediately. Very easy to work with, understood our goal and our limited budget clearly. Constantly looked for our best interests. Our escrow ended in early November 2018. Without telling us, he initiated and helped us to set up our first payment on January 1, 2019 because he knew we would need more cash for fixing stuff, moving cost, etc. (Without paying the mortgage for the first two months, really helps us a lot!!)   From a referral to a friend. During all the chaos in 2020, I found it an opportunity to refinance. Having been my first time, I looked for recommendations and referrals from friends and family; Jay stood out. During our first conversation, Jay quickly felt like a longtime friend and not some guy merely trying to gain my business. Jay walked me through the short term and long term process as well as provided in depth explanation for all the things I hadn't a clue. The whole process was simple and can I say enjoyable? Not only did Jay work directly with me, but Chris as well. Between the two of them, they were in constant communication with me, making sure I felt completely in control and aware of my refinance.
