  I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that we received from Jay Weisbrod (Fairway Ind Mortgage Corp) when purchasing our home. Jay and his team's professionalism and knowledge of the industry were top notch. Our real estate transaction was handled thoroughly and efficiently from start to finish. Our transaction in particular was a bit challenging to say the least and there is no doubt in my mind that our home purchase would not have gone through, had it not been for Jay and his team. Jay's service and personal attention were beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone purchasing a home.

  Jay and his team did a great job helping us to refinance our home. When things started to get a little frustrated, he help us understand and walked us through the whole process and made things a little easier.   Jay was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our whole househunting process. He answered our questions thoroughly and made us feel comfortable in making the biggest financial decision of our lives. I had originally planned on doing a refi of my condo early this year, and during that process spoke with a few loan officers, most of whom were clearly salespeople and carried themselves in that manner. I never felt that way with Jay as he truly made us feel like he had our best interest at heart and not just like he was trying to close a deal. I would highly recommend Jay and the team and Fairway for all your lending needs!

  Jay and Chris walked my wife and I through the homebuying process from beginning to end, and we felt like we were in safe hands the whole way.
