  Erik and Jeanne have been taking care of our home in Cape Cod now for about 5 years. They take care of all of the cleaning and maintence including handy man work with great pride. They check on our home during the off season to make sure all in good and that no one is disturbing our home. Jeanne stages the cottage before with get there with flower and nice arrangement in the bathroom and outdoor shower. Erik revived a lawn that i thought was gone forever. They make having a second home a breeze and without any worry. I recommend them for the care and up keep of your home and continue to depend on them to this day.

  I have had Pristine do a wide variety of outside maintenance jobs, as well as mowing, over the past several years. I can recall one minor issue which was corrected the next day.

  Need someone to come in to our West Yarmouth rental and remove a TON of leaves from our yard this year. The guy came the next day and had to take two trips to haul it out. He was great and will definitely call him again!!! Thank you!

  Pristine Property Maintenance is by far the best! We have been a very satisfied customers for years! They cut our grass, do our fall cleanups, fixed our fence, and plow for us in the winter. Our property looks Pristine because of Pristine Property Maintenance!

  Excellent work and Excellent customer service. Great experience with this company. Made our NEW home look BRAND NEW AGAIN. And what a deal. Best and least expensive quote given for the work. Quality was so good I offered to pay extra but they said no so I tipped instead. Thanks
