  Tom was very informative and helpful, all staff very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Very pleased with everyone at Platinum Technician did a great job and will use their services again.

  They showed up on time to pick up my vehicle. Young man was very polite when picking up and dropping off vechile. They called me to let me know when work was completed and didn't do anything that would increase my bill without contacting me first. They did a complete inspection and gave me a list of items to keep and eye on even giving estimate for cost of each repair.

  Thank you Platinum Auto Service! We recently had an opportunity to rent a Jeep for a week, so Platinum Auto Service was the obvious choice. The Jeep was so much fun to drive,(now we want one!). While picking up the Jeep we asked about having our Chrysler 300 detailed and serviced, they said absolutely, they fit us right in. Wow the old Chrysler has never looked this good, made turning in the Jeep almost bearable. We will be back for sure!

  Platinum Auto was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a shop to help me with some upgrades to my jeep wrangler. After checking out the facility and meeting with Chris I felt I would be in good hands. Since the first project I have now made several upgrades to my jeep and every one of them has been a positive experience. the follow thru and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them .

  I bought a 2004 Subaru Baja from Platinum Auto this past summer. It was the vehicle I'd been searching for on the internet for three months. The service and care I received as a customer could not have been better! This is an excellent business. The people there seem genuinely happy and eager to do all they can for their customer.   Chris as Platinum auto has been great. I am usually very uneasy about working with new shops due to a handful of bad experience with others, but the service and professionalism from Platinum Auto has been amazing. Very accommodating, and super helpful.

  Car broke down while on family vacation. They were able to squeeze me in to get the repair done in less than 24hrs so as not to interrupt our vacation. Friendly staff and great to work with. Thanks again for getting us back on the road. Highly recommend.
