      My husband and I had an amazing experience with buying a new vehicle and our car sales person John Figueroa made it all happen .       We have been buying vehicles from Honda for years! All the sales advisors and their management has been extremely easy to deal with BUT their service advisors and service department never does an easy transaction for us. For years we call ahead to make appointments for everything we want done to our vehicles and EVERY time we have to wait over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Spoke to managers and they have not been helpful. One manager backs up the other, it’s pointless to even bring up an issues with the service department management. One of our vehicles is coming up on a lease renewal and I can honestly say we won’t be purchasing another vehicle from Priority Honda because of how awful their service department operates.

      Bought a Toyota here under warranty and contract. Ac leaking is bad my carpet in constantly wet has a bad odor. Only had car 3 month. Waited two week for my appointment get here for them to tell me I have to take car to priory Toyota to repair. They didn't make that clear when I bought the car. Very inconvenient.

      A very different car buying experience. After visiting many local dealerships, they earned my business with their ability to answer all of my questions, their ability to meet my needs and most importantly how they treated me. Priorities for Life is a great benefit, too! My man Joey Ferris hooked me up in a brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport. Also help me with setting up all the new features the car has to offer.       Very professional. Clean environment. Loved the massage chairs in the waiting area. They give you a very nice print out of suggested services for your vehicle. Did suggest a very expensive service for my vehicle but were not pushy. Googled the service comparing costs and they were much higher so I elected not to do it. Did rate all four tires as having the same wear on them when one was brand new and the other three had 30k miles or so on them. Not an expert on these matters but these two things prevent me from giving them a 5 star rating.

      I purchased a used Honda Odyssey approximately 3years ago. I have had no major problems and I'm very happy with my purchase. Yesterday, a friend of mine was changing my brakes, when he attempted to remove the tires, he discovered that I have the luggnut lock system and couldn't find the key. It would have cost me $50.00- $100.00 yo have the wheels unlocked. I called my Honda Dealership and the cashier said we can help you lug nut Locking System. When I arrived there, I was so desperate, I would gladly have paid for the service but they immediately unlocked my wheels with a smile and didn't charge me a dime.

      This place is amazing!!!! From the beginning when I was not even on the property yet to when I stepped out of my truck this pace did not even feel like a dealer. It felt like I was going shopping with friends that I have known for years. This place is so amazing I can't stop saying it!! Maria Rivas and Terry Whitehead are the best people around. They don't even have the typical "I'm a salesman attitude," either. If you are looking for a vehicle or even just a friend to chat it up with head to Priority Honda in Hampton Va.
