  I do my banking at the Aberdeen location because it's close to my work. I have also done banking with the one on Granby st in norfolk. Everyone I have come into contact with have been very professional, always smiling and yes even wearing a mask you can see the smile in their eyes. And they have always taken care of my needs. Best service I have ever had from a banking institution. I always feel like I'm a part of the family.

  The slowest bank ever! I hate when my dad sends me here because they have 2 drive thru lines open and they move like sloths I’m so glad this isn’t my bank and I will never bank with Langley.

  Only branch I've ever been to that charged me for every cashiers check when getting several at once. Especially when its for the same amount and payable to the same company. Will never return to this branch! Its 5 per transaction if im getting 1 or 20 of the same check they can just change the quantity. This location chooses to do a transaction for each check so they can charge 5 per. Either poor training or garbage service but I won't ever return!

  I love Langley Federal Credit Union! This business is the best bank I have come to do business with by far. One of my main experience with Langley is that they care about their members and give you a chance when it comes to applying for their loans and they offer great member incentives. Their employees are always professional and pleasant in person or over the phone.

  I have been banking with LFCU for 35 years. This is the absolute WORST branch I have ever used. Every single week they seem to come up with new rules for depositing checks or for getting cash back. One day a teller will get counter checks for you. The next day the teller will tell you that you have to go to the customer service desk for that! She was just being LAZY!!! Every other branch I go to, the cashiers get them for me no questions asked! Every employee at this branch has a different story about their sets of rules!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there even a manager there?💁???????????.

  Banking with Langley was the deciding factor to stay in the Hampton Roads area! If you need help with credit building or financial management, these should be your 'go to' guys!! No one else even comes close!

  Disappointed. Everytime I’ve comes to Langley in the past I’ve had TERRFFIC service by Carol, Kyra, and Ikerra. But today... it was horrible I just so shocked by the level of disrespect I was shown by Deonna. I’m waiting in line to deposit my check and she gives me the dirtiest look. I tell her I want to deposit my check ( from my work) and she asks for my account number, ID Or social. I give her my ID and my ID Is a little bent up from an incident like a year ago from my dog. So she asks me about it and I joke about trying to lighten the mood... and what does she do? She uses my check to pick up my ID and hand it back to me so rudely??? She was obviously new and needs some classes on customer service.. I’ve been in customer service for 3 years and if I ever treated anybody like that I’d be fired in an instant. Just really not looking forward to having to deposit my checks anymore at Langley..

  Langley Federal Credit Union overall, is an absolute terrible place to bank with. I got a notice in the mail today saying that they are threatening to take money out of my son's savings account because his father isn't paying his own bills. My son is SIX. ALRIGHT, FINE, STEAL FROM A SIX YEAR OLD AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RAISE HOLY HELL AND TAKE YOU TO COURT. THE MONEY IN THAT ACCOUNT CAME FROM MY ACCOUNT NOT HIS FATHER'S AND IT BELONGS TO MY SON.

  I know we're in a pandemic, but the 30-40 min wait for the Drive Thru is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I seriously want to know if there's only one person working in the entire Bank because that's exactly what it feels like.
