  As a first time homebuyer, Chris was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. He would answer any question I had, day or night, and was always willing to take time to talk on the phone and provide his insight and perspective. I find that so valuable especially today when many mortgage companies are just trying to turn out new customers and won't even give you the time of day. I would highly recommend Chris for any of your mortgage needs. He is honest and transparent, very professional and always provides the best service to his clients. I can't say enough good things.

  Finding Chris Mullis with Principle Mortgage was an absolute godsend. Before Chris, I had the worst experience working with a large national bank initially in trying to secure my mortgage loan — they were rude, treated me like I was an insignificant number among their numerous account holders, and pulled my credit score so frequently that I dropped by 40 points within a month! My experience with Chris was the opposite — he was personable, extremely responsive, and made me feel like his top priority. He answered all of my questions promptly, was always accessible, and helped me secure a much lower interest rate than what the bank inaccurately quoted. Best rates you can get and, if desired, will discuss and consider which options make sense for your financial situation. His process is smooth and easy.   Chris is who you want to work with . I have purchased a new home and refinanced with Chris. I am not an expert with numbers or mortgages and Chris helped me navigate the process and understand the important details. He is honest, he is transparent and he cares that you as the homeowner are getting the best rate and price. I trust Chris completely and appreciate his support during the whole process. I am sure he did things for me like send my title company forms that I was supposed to understand and know where they were. He is also very easy to talk with and had on time and great communication.   Review for September 2020: As you can see from below, Chris assisted me with the mortgage for the purchase of my current home. It was such a great experience in terms of ease and speed that I went back to him again this year to refinance that loan. And again he did not disappoint! According to the media, because of the current loan interest rate environment, everyone is wanting to refinance their home. Consequently, just approval times have exceeded 4-6 weeks. Chris was able to accomplish the refinance from application to closing in less than 4 weeks and at a phenomenally low interest rate. I couldn't be happier!!! If the interest rate continues to fall, and I want to refinance again, Chris will be the only person I will be contacting!! Review for April 2019: I obtained Chris’ name from a friend who highly recommended him. I was under a bit of a shorten timeline because I had a little less than 30 days before I was required to close per the contract that I had just signed. From the very beginning Chris was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. He was able to obtain for me an interest rate that even surprised the processor at closing. Most importantly, he was able to get me the ‘clear to close’ from the lender with 2 weeks to spare before the April 30th closing date. And I had just started the process less than 2 weeks previous!!!! Also, whenever I had any questions about documents or the process itself, I always received a response from Chris within a few hours. This was by far the easiest mortgage loan application process that I had ever been through. It was a sincere delight dealing with Chris. I will not hesitate using Chris’ services again the next time I need a mortgage.

  Chris Mullis is EXCEPTIONAL! I was dealing with another mortgage company and they completely messed my application up by taking shortcuts. Well, Chris not only managed to unscramble everything but got my application processed in record speed. HIGHLY recommended!!!
