  This review is very late, but we have been busy settling into and enjoying our new home which we purchased several months ago, thanks to David Stein. As a first time home-buyer the entire process was daunting, but luckily we had David on our side to guide us through the process. He is passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience for his clients, and that’s exactly what we received. I consider myself to be a very detail-oriented customer with the highest expectations for customer service, availability and expertise when it comes to something as big as purchasing a home. Not only was David at our disposal at all hours of the day and night, but he sacrificed a portion of his commission to get us locked-in at an interest rate below par, which will literally save us thousands of dollars over the length of our mortgage. AND he made this all happen in a 21-day escrow time frame. Unbelievable! We are now the proud owners of our first family home in a lovely neighborhood. We would also like to thank Susan Escobar who was also a crucial team player in this process. She took care of all the details of completing the financing with our lender. She was amazing with advocating for us and answering all our questions regarding the forms/documents involved throughout the financing of our mortgage. Needless to say, David Stein can compete with other financial institutions and brokerages for your business. He also offers great advice for strategies that can enhance the appeal of your offers in such a competitive market. We highly recommend Principle Equity Group if you are considering buying a home. You will not be disappointed.

  David and Principal Equity group did a great job with my Refinance that my wife and i just finished. He walked me through the different options on what we can do with the refinance and even closed a couple weeks earlier then promised.

  David/Susan were great! We had another lender having to randomly drop out due to their vacation plans, and that put us in a mad dash for a quick process. Our agent had worked with David before, he had competitive rates and low fees, and the rest was history. They were especially helpful in pushing for as-soon-as-possible closing due to some unique circumstances on our side. Thanks guys!
