  Very disappointed in the handling of my application for mortgage loan. Poor communication with the rep. And when I asked to speak to a manager (for assistance), no call back. Would have liked to work with my own credit union, but it doesn't seem to be in the cards. You seem to only get service when you come in person. Edit. please give me your contact information.

  Don't ever use a vehicle as collateral for a loan here. They will send your vehicle payoff amount plus what you want to borrow, then make you wait almost a month for your old vehicle financer to mail you the remaining balance.

  While a participanting bank with other credit unions for co op shared branch banking they still charge $3.50 at ATMs as though you were a non-member as they require you come inside the branch. Way to go non- profit!

  Worst customer service ever . I hate this bank so much . Always hangs up on me after minutes of waiting . DONT GET THIS BANK

  Really bad they are just excuses and they don’t help u !!! They checked my credit (714) and it doesnt work for them !!! I don’t recommend
