  Incredibly upset with Primeway. I have been a customer for 7 years and have used their after hours members service multiple times. Well my debit card stopped working today and I found out they no longer have a number to call after hours so there is no way for me to access my money. I will be leaving primeway because of this and pulling all of my money out of my account tomorrow.

  Hi Andrew. If you call 713-799-6200 and press option 2, you get the after hours debit card option. Then, option 2 again. I pressed zero and spoke to an operator. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

  Customer service & professional all time low at this branch, I booked an appointment online to open a business account. Upon coming in I didn’t have all documents Dori Alverez told me i could email ensuring she would get back to me. After gathering and emailing my documentation over to start a business I have yet to hear from Dori Alverez. This is now a week ago

  The Loan Dept is JOKE here! Do not waste your time! As a 10+ Year Prime Member with 750+ Fico Score and Credit Ratios way under any other Credit Union guidelines. Primeway FCU needs a Reality Check!!!!!! Primeway, Good Luck in yahs Loan Portfolio Growth!

  I deposited my stimulus check at 2pm on a Friday. Due to their Membership Agreement polices it is stated that Us Treasury checks are to be available same business day. The money from the check was not available even on that following Monday. When I called on Monday they were trying to tell me that my check was going to be held until the 21st because they don’t know what kind of check it is. I asked for a copy of their hold policy because there is 6 different reason why banks hold your money. It says no where in their hold policy why they would hold my check. I’ve been banking with them for 14 years and have never had a check held until. Seems pretty suspect to me.

  Been a part of this credit union since 2014 and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone I've encountered havevbeen so helpful and knowledgeable. If i have any issues they were quick to help and answer. Can't say enough...thank you Primeway!

  My experience at PrimeWay FCU: WOW!! Cheryl and Conner went above and beyond the call to get me rolling in the right direction. They were very polite, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional thoughout the process of setting up an escrow account for me. They thoroughly explained the process, options, and even assisted me in setting up my online banking account app! I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention I received from the good people at PrimeWay!!!

  Spent hours on separate occasions providing documentation. Told several times I was approved then last minute told no approval. No use going there. Definitely armatures when it comes to mortgage lending. Just waste time.

  Came in for a debit card replacement and was seen right away by Cheryl-Ann Ackbar who was very pleasant and efficient in handling my issue. Will definitely return to this branch if in the area!

  The new ATM's in the back drive-up are awesome. Even if you're not a member here, you'll want to use these if you're in the area. They're MoneyPass branded so a very large number of cards (USAA, Green Dot, GoBank, etc) will withdraw fee free and many others (Bitpay, MyVanilla, etc) are reduced to $1. MORE IMPORTANTLY, they give out denominations of $5, $20, $50 and even $100 so you get exactly how much you need and in fewer bills. I've always been annoyed with ATM's only spitting out $20's in this day and age. As for the bank itself, never had an issue. The teller's are always genuinely nice and for a while, when I was more of a regular, they knew me by name. Maybe they still do! :)
