  Hello, Please allow me the opportunity to express my most sincerest appreciation to Sean Duncan and his team. Certainly there are hundreds if not thousands of lenders that my wife and I could have chosen to handle our home purchasing needs, but there was something very special about Sean Duncan. I figured it out very quickly. So what was it? He was very personable with making sure we were comfortable and wasn't afraid to answer any of our questions. In fact, if they were repetitious, he would still answer them as if we had asked for the first time. He made us feel as if we were family, and not a person just trying to sell something. Certainly there are others out there that do the same thing, but Sean had a sprit about himself that made us feel we could TRUST him. That made all the difference. When we closed and long after the sale, he'd call us and ask how we were enjoying our home. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. So I'll end with this, If anyone out there are in the market for a home, or re-financing a home, give Sean Duncan and his team a call.   Sean is the best in his business! He is very knowledgeable when he comes to getting a mortgage. When I was in the process of getting my loan I was very stressed out through the process but Sean reassured me and work very hard for me until I got approved. He'll tell you what you need to do to qualify for a loan and walk you through the process. He is very frank and honest. He'll guide you and make sure you're on track. He provided exceptional service.

  Sean was very easy to work with, I have recommended him to friends just because he always finds a solution to your situation, doesn’t turn you down, he advises you on what you need to work with to be approved for the budget you’re looking for. I would definitely work with him again and keep recommending him to friends. We closed on our house in 4/30/2019.
