  5 years ago I used Primesource to help get my house. Here we are 5 years later and right when I was thinking about refinancing, Max came in and reached out to me actually, and then took the reigns and completely went above and beyond for me. During closing, he again surprised me by having the payments be even lower than expected, and I am very grateful I started off and continued with this company and its wonderful staff like Max. Thank you again!

  I am not sure I can write a concise review that captures the excellent experience we had in working with Chris at PrimeSource. Chris is efficient, responsive, and honest and a dang hard worker throughout the entire process. If you have a question, ASK! He is more than willing answer it almost immediately. The entire process from start to finish was as smooth as I could hope for. And he put us into a fantastic rate that we were precisely looking for and the entire process was quick and painless for us. If you are looking for a 1st, 2nd(or more) mortgage, or refi, definitely reach out to PrimeSource and ask for Chris! I'm glad I finally inquired after driving by the billboard for them every day!

  Brandon Baker was great to work with. He was able to do all the leg work and all we had to do was sign the documents. Our rate was cut nearly in half as was the life of our mortgage! We would have no problem working with him again and we highly recommend his expertise!

  Chris Deg was phenomenal! Easiest closing I’ve experienced by far. Chris was very friendly and worked diligently to close our refi quickly (3 weeks!). We got a great rate with low closing costs. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. 5 stars!

  The refinance process was very painless. PrimeSource and my agent Chris Deg made the whole refinance process a smooth one. The communication was great and the end result was achieved very quickly. The whole process up to the close was able to be done via email, so I didn't have to take time away from work.

  Worked with Kyle Rudesill on recent re-finance. We're not first timers but this certainly was a great experience compared to some others. Not only was Kyle quick to respond when we reached out to him, he was also very proactive in reaching out to us to ensure that we had the best deal and best experience possible. Except for a minor COVID related hiccup with the Title company, the entire process very smooth and very fast. Even that didn't upset the process. Will absolutely recommend to others and will be calling again next time we need services. Thanks Kyle and PrimeSource!
